1) Fulfillment & Processing
- Orders are produced on demand. Production typically begins soon after you place an order.

Delivery times below are in addition to fulfillment time. You’ll receive tracking when your order ships.
2) Shipping Options (via our Fulfillment Partner)
Domestic (US & Canada)
- Flat Rate (Standard): 3–4 business days after fulfillment

Standard with CO₂ offsetting: 3–4 business days after fulfillment

Express: 1–3 business days after fulfillment

- Flat Rate (Standard): 5–20 business days after fulfillment

Standard with CO₂ offsetting: 5–20 business days after fulfillment

Standard DDP (Canada only): 3–5 business days after fulfillment (up to 12 business days to the Atlantic region)

Express: 1–3 business days after fulfillment
International (Europe)
- Flat Rate (Standard): 5–20 business days after fulfillment

Standard with CO₂ offsetting: 5–20 business days after fulfillment

Standard DDP (UK only): 3–7 business days after fulfillment

Express: 1–3 business days after fulfillment
Notes: Delivery estimates are not guarantees; remote regions may take longer. Some orders may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost to you.
3) Address Accuracy, Unclaimed & Returned Shipments
- Please enter a complete, accurate shipping address at checkout.

Wrong/insufficient address: If the courier deems your address insufficient, the parcel may return to our facility. Reshipment costs apply once you confirm the updated address.

Unclaimed packages: If unclaimed and returned to us, you’ll be responsible for reshipment costs.
4) Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs/VAT/import fees charged by your local authority.

Where DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is shown above (Canada/UK options), duties/taxes may be prepaid as part of that method. Otherwise, the recipient is responsible for any import charges.
5) Delays, Lost-in-Transit & Damages (Claims)
- Damaged/defective/misprinted items: File a claim within 30 days of delivery.

Lost in transit: If tracking shows no delivery, file a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

6) Returns & Exchanges (Summary)
- We accept returns only if the item is unused, defective (manufacturing/shipping), or not as described.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size/color/style changes (please confirm details before ordering).

If you choose to exchange size/style/colour, place a new order and return the previous one at your expense.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the issue is our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
