At Sammy’s Boutique, we aim for every order to meet your expectations. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns only if the product is unused, defective due to shipping/manufacturing, or not as described. Returns are not accepted if the product is damaged by the customer, purchased by mistake, or requested for size/color/style changes. Please confirm your order details before checkout.

Claims:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. For lost packages, claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed our error will be covered at our expense. Wrong address or unclaimed shipments returned to us require you to pay reshipment costs.

Refunds:

If the returned item is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Used, damaged, or non-compliant returns will not be refunded.

EU Consumers:

Under Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods or sealed items unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons. Sammy’s Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion.

Shipping Costs:

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

This policy complies with international marketplace standards and is governed by English law.
